Biography: Dr. Wei Liu is a Physician who works at Yichang Central People’s Hospital, China. He is good at the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases and familiar with digestive endoscopic technique. He devotes himself to the study of pathogenic mechanism of hepatitis B virus and HBV-relavent liver diseases. Furthermore, the research project about HBV pathogenicity was funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He received his doctorate of philosophy in basic medicine from Key Laboratory of Ministry of Education for Gastrointestinal Cancer in Fujian medical university in China. He is a self-motivated, a creative thinker, a fast learner and a good collaborator with good communication and writing skills. His research interests are inflammatory bowel disease, ulcerative colitis, rohn's disease, hepatitis B virus, liver Cirrhosis, liver failure.
